Executive Bios

Tom C. Duncavage, Chief Executive Officer
Tom holds a B.S. in Physics from Providence College. He is a graduate of the United States Navy Test Pilot's School in Patuxent River, Maryland. He is a National Security Fellow of Syracuse University's Maxwell School. Tom has over 3000 tactical and flight test hours in over 20 U.S. and foreign military and civil aircraft. He has served in various positions of technical, managerial and tactical leadership and command throughout his 28 year professional career both as a Marine Corps active and reserve officer, and as a federal civil servant. He is the founder of NASA's Concept Exploration Laboratory and a recipient of the NASA exceptional Service Medal.

Matthew G. Soltis, Chief Operations Officer
Matt has a B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Masters in Engineering Physics from the University of Virginia. He has over 1200 hours in F/A-18D Hornets in the USMC and is aviation safety trained at the Naval Postgraduate School. He was R&D manager for Alcatel Fiber Optics where he instituted simulation-based testing for rapid prototyping. Matt worked at NASA for over 5 years, including stints as project lead in the Concept Exploration Laboratory at Johnson Space Center and as a physicist at NASA Langley Research Center.

Terrence J. Mayes, Chief Technology Officer
Terry has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University Of Houston - Clear Lake with minors in Mathematics and Physics. He is a member of American MENSA, the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, and a research associate at the University Of Houston - Hobby Center For Public Policy.  Terry has several research projects and peer reviewed papers to his credit. He has over 20 years of experience in Computer Simulation, Visualization, Virtual Reality and Image Processing. Terry spent 12 years at NASA Johnson Space Center. His assignments included the Graphics Research and Analysis Facility, the Systems Engineering Simulator Laboratory, and the Concept Exploration Laboratory.
